Yoshihiko Noda
Finance Minister Yoshihiko Noda of Japan is set to become Prime Minister after the victory of a party vote Monday, responsibility for reconstruction after the earthquake, tsunamis and nuclear disasters. Victory secured 54 years Yoshihiko Noda in an election runoff against Commerce Minister Banri Kaieda after a first round of voting, in which a clear majority won none of the candidates.
